Akhil Srivastava is a passionate, self-motivated professional with 8+ years of experience across business development, sales, leadership, education, operations, and business expansion. Having worked with BYJU'S and Prism (formerly OYO), he has built a strong track record in building the business from scratch to the most valuable businesses of the nation.

Beyond business, He is a 6 years classical trained singer, instrumentalist, poet, and multi-talented artist, coming from a musical family. His own journey helped him recognise a reality faced by many talented Indians: talent alone is not always enough when the right mentorship and opportunities are missing.

His experience in education further made him question the gap between learning and real-world application—why are people taught what to learn, but not always how to apply their skills and monetise their abilities.

Despite opportunities to pursue careers in the UAE and Canada, he chose to stay in India and work towards solving a gap he had personally experienced. In January 2026, he founded Inspiring Life Communities with a simple belief: India's youth does not lack talent—it needs the right direction and opportunities to turn that talent into a future.

Under his leadership, Inspiring Life Communities has emerged as one of India's most practical learning and skill-development platforms, bridging the gap between knowledge, and real-world skills. In just six months, ILC has reached 400+ learners and conducted 100+ events and workshops to continue the mission.
