1. No Cancellations

Once you register for our photo editing classes or book a spot at our events, your participation is confirmed. We do not accept cancellations under any circumstances. This helps us plan resources, venues, and trainers effectively, ensuring a smooth experience for all attendees.

2. Transfers & Substitutions

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your seat to another person by notifying us at least 48 hours before the class or event.

Please email us at info@theinspiringlifecommunities.com with the new participant’s details.

Transfers are subject to approval and availability.

3. Refunds

No refunds will be issued for missed classes or events.

In exceptional cases (such as event cancellation by Inspiring Life Communities), a full refund or credit towards a future class/event will be provided.

4. Event Changes

We reserve the right to reschedule, relocate, or modify classes and events if necessary. In such cases, we will notify registered participants promptly and offer suitable alternatives.

5. Digital Products & Materials

If you purchase digital learning materials or recordings:

• These are non‑returnable and non‑refundable once delivered.
• Access issues due to technical errors will be resolved by our support team.
